Our Client is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to serve as a key liaison between Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys working with financial systems, reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial and operational reports using data from multiple systems
- Support month-end close, reporting, audits, and special projects
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across financial platforms
- Analyze and validate financial data using SQL and reporting tools
- Assist with software implementations, system integrations, and acquisitions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Support financial system administration, user access, and configuration activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, analytics, auditing, or financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
- Experience with SQL and financial reporting tools preferred
- Exposure to platforms such as HFM/Hyperion, or related technologies is a plus
