• Candidate sourcing through job portals and referrals

• Conducting telephonic interviews
• Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinating onboarding activities for selected candidates
• Achieving recruitment targets within timelines
