As Facility Manager, you will oversee hard and soft services delivery, including maintenance, project management, health, safety & environment compliance, and subcontractor management. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, driving service excellence, and supporting retail and trade network locations .
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day FM operations across Premium brand boutiques and trade sites
- Oversee maintenance, minor works, and project delivery from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and statutory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational change
- Manage subcontractors, contracts, and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections and operational reviews (WOR/MOR)
- Build strong relationships with Premium Coffee Brand stakeholders and ISS teams
- Support sustainability initiatives, including capsule recycling programs
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree or equivalent in engineering, property, business, or FM qualification
- Experience in retail store design, shopfitting, or construction advantageous
- Proven track record in facilities management and team leadership
- Strong technical FM knowledge and project management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Awareness of workplace health & safety regulations
- IT proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Procurement experience essential
