Our client currently looking for Facility Maintenance Technician
The role broadly includes the following:
- Provide Level 1 maintenance and repairs to the facility
- Respond to staff requests for Facility services in a timely manner
- Carry out routine property inspections
- Assist staff and vendors with event coordination, including set-up and tear-down
- Assist housekeeping in keeping the properties clean and organized
- Administrative work, such as responding to emails and updating the company’s various data trackers
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be a driven and self-motivated person with a very strong work ethic
- Previous general facility work experience preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage workload; Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with change and be a confident, communicative problem solver
- Have integrity, a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality, be approachable, respectful, and trustworthy
- Must be fluent in English Spanish is preferred but not required
- Ability to manually lift up to 75 pounds
- Must have a current valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred, or a strong desire to learn and use these applications
