Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of business principles.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years in a dual HR support capacity, showcasing relevant expertise.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), highlighting technical acumen.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
