Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Promote and sell software solutions, including ERP systems, custom software development services, mobile applications, and SaaS products.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, or IT Solution Sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business software, and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
