Our Client Currently looking for End User Computing Engineer
Required skills:
- Strong SME Level knowledge on EUC Domain with Intune knowledge as a must-have.
- Must be able to provide consulting to client
- Hands on Experience on Intune Mobile Device Management
- Creation of Intune Policies and knowledge of deployment
- Designing implementing and managing Microsoft Intune solutions
- Troubleshooting creating policies and supporting users
- Endpoints Laptops PC Macs CloudPC Mobiles iPad Support
- Implement and troubleshoot Windows updates on users machines
- Mobile device management MDM Mobile application management MAM Microsoft Intune BYOD
- Windows 10 and MacOS ecosystem Microsoft Intune
- Experience in Windows Device Migrations using Intune Policies
- Working knowledge on Collaboration Tools eg OneDrive SharePoint Teams This is good to have
- Must have worked on agile module user stories EPICS etc
- Must understand ITIL processes Working knowledge on Support projects handling incidents, service requests, change, and problem tickets.
- Strong customer service communication and problem-solving skills.
