Our Client Currently looking for Director, Supply Chain Project & Program Mgt, Portfolio

Skills Required

• Technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
• Significant hands-on manufacturing experience in a CPG or FMCG environment
• Experience in supply chain operations, program/project management, or strategy
• Experience with network design, capacity planning, and multi-year scenario modeling
• Experience analyzing investment, divestment, plant consolidation, and greenfield opportunities
• Experience commercializing new products or innovations from pipeline development through launch
• Track record driving transformation and step-change improvements
• Experience developing and implementing growth or productivity strategies
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization processes
• Familiarity with capital budgeting, resource planning, and financial aspects of project delivery
• Working knowledge of TPM, 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools such as Stage-Gate, Agile, or MS Project
• Strong analytical skills, including scenario modeling and financial analysis
• Knowledge of ERP, MES, and related business technology solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and team-building capabilities
