As Director, Product Management, you will define product vision and strategy, lead execution across the full product lifecycle, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will also mentor product managers and play a key role in shaping how product management operates and scales within the organization.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Aha! 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, including ownership of complex or enterprise-scale products. Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching Product Managers. Background in fintech, investment management, regulatory technology, or virtual data room solutions preferred.
Skills
Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver solutions that drive business growth. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional partners at all levels. Product management certification is a plus.
