Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum Bachelor degree in IT or any relevant field

• MBA preferred

• 10 15+ years of experience in product leadership within fintech, digital banking, payments, or technology-driven financial services
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital financial products
• Strong experience managing product roadmaps in fast-growth environments
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, customer journeys, and fintech economics
• GCC/UAE experience strongly preferred
• Strategic and innovation-oriented mindset
• Strong product management and execution capability
• Ability to bridge commercial strategy and technology delivery
• Strong analytical and ROI-driven decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Customer-centric and data-driven leadership style
