Our Client Currently looking for Director of FP&A
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and delivery of periodic financial analyses to inform operational and strategic decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, with a focus on key business drivers and forecast accuracy
- Develop and maintain reporting packages that highlight performance trends and variances
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate investments and support business case development
- Assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and integration efforts related to strategic transactions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to FP&A team members, encouraging collaboration and process improvement
- Contribute to special projects while handling sensitive financial and strategic information with discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting; knowledge of GAAP required
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Experience with financial systems is a plus
