The Director of Engineering will lead multi-disciplinary technical teams to build, scale, and maintain our core software platforms. You will be responsible for the technical roadmap, reliability, and architectural integrity of our ecosystem. Working closely with cross-functional leadership, you will ensure that our engineering standards align with long-term business goals while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Duties:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse engineering organization, including Tech Leads, Full-Stack Developers, QA, Data Engineers, and SREs
• Delivery Excellence: Oversee the full SDLC to ensure the high-quality, scalable delivery of software solutions
• Architectural Governance: Define and enforce system design principles, engineering best practices, and technical standards across all squads
• Operational Health: Drive platform reliability and performance through robust monitoring, incident management, and modern observability practices
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams to align technical direction with the broader product roadmap
• Process Evolution: Continuously optimize engineering workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and system resilience to increase technical maturity
• Talent Development: Build and scale high-performing teams, establishing clear accountability and professional growth paths for senior individual contributors
