We are looking for a Design Systems Engineer to help build and evolve a shared component library that enables teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences faster. This role combines hands-on engineering, architecture, and collaboration across product, design, and development teams. You will own key areas of the React component library, help shape reusable patterns, and create solutions that make other engineers and designers more successful. What You’ll Do:

• The Design Systems Engineer will own and evolve the React component library, including architecture, implementation, and ongoing improvements
• Build production-quality React and TypeScript components used by digital product teams
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Work directly with teams consuming the design system to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and improve developer experience
• Influence component APIs, patterns, documentation, and implementation standards
• Translate design concepts into flexible, reusable engineering solutions
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance while remaining hands-on in development
• As a Design Systems Engineer, you will identify opportunities to simplify development processes and create tools, patterns, and systems that benefit other teams
• Collaborate with other technical experts to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the design system
