We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the data systems and reporting that power our autonomous fleet operations. You’ll transform vehicle telemetry, service logs, and operations data into clear insights that improve decision-making across operations, safety, and engineering teams. This role focuses on analytics, reporting, KPI development, and building accessible datasets and dashboards that help teams understand performance and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze vehicle telemetry, service logs, dispatch data, and operational metrics to identify trends and actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for fleet operations, safety, and engineering stakeholders
• Define, track, and report on KPIs related to fleet performance, mission success, readiness, * and operational efficiency
• Ensure datasets used for analysis are accurate, well-structured, and reliable
• Partner with operations teams (fleet ops, safety, remote assist) to understand reporting needs and business questions
• Translate business needs into data insights and reporting solutions in close collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Enable self-service analytics by creating well-documented datasets, reports, and dashboards
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and performance gaps through data analysis
• Support operational decision-making with timely, data-driven recommendations
• Help create structured feedback loops where operational learnings are captured, analyzed, and shared
• Assist in automating recurring reporting and reducing manual efforts where possible
