As a Cost Controls Specialist at Company, you will be playing a critical role in critical projects at client facilities . You will understand cost drivers at the fundamental level while facilitating value engineering efforts cross functionally, enabling client to rapidly scale our manufacturing facilities at high speeds.

What you’ll do:

• Cost Controls Specialist will develop and implement cost management programs, including budget control, cost tracking, and forecasting during project execution
• Employ a can-do and innovative attitude, taking the initiative to find ways for continuous improvement and growth of team
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate cost performance to various teams and management levels
• As a Cost Controls Specialist, you will manage change orders and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
• Develop cost reports and tools to inform decision-making, track project performance, and conduct ad-hoc cost studies to assess project viability
• Assist in developing project control processes, including change management, cost forecasting, risk management, and earned value, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
