We are seeking a Collaboration Administrator with strong Microsoft Purview expertise to support enterprise governance, compliance, information protection, and data lifecycle management initiatives. This role is responsible for administering Microsoft Purview solutions, implementing data governance policies, managing compliance controls, and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a Microsoft 365 professional with experience in Purview, compliance administration, and information protection to join a growing enterprise technology team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Purview governance and compliance solutions
• Configure and manage sensitivity labels, retention policies, DLP, and eDiscovery
• Support Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) initiatives
• Maintain data classification and governance controls across the organization
• Monitor compliance posture and address governance-related risks
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and implement data governance policies
• Support Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft tools
• Provide training and guidance on compliance and governance best practices
