Our Client Currently looking for Client Success Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Global Client Support: Work as part of the Professional Services organization to support clients
• Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain portfolio information for clients, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility through the Termgrid platform. Coordinate and oversee the data ingestion process to ensure smooth onboarding and updates.
• Client Insights & Reporting: Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by providing insights on client usage patterns, engagement metrics, and key feedback.
• Client Relationship Management: Work with Account Managers on client inquiries and issues related to Termgrid’s Portfolio product, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Knowledge Management: Develop, maintain, and update internal and external knowledge base articles to enhance client enablement and internal operational efficiency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to communicate client needs, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

• A solid academic background with a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, capital market or private equity firmm or similar domain.
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrive on receiving a “wow” response from clients.
• Your attention to detail is outstanding; our clients are sophisticated investors, and building their trust is essential.
• You have a solid understanding of corporate and leveraged finance; terms like “term loan,” “syndications,” and “capital structure” resonate with you.
• You are systematic and methodical, consistently meeting your commitments and quickly identifying business opportunities.
