The Client Services Consultant is responsible for account management for ourĀ Account Customers This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to growing and protecting our customer base. A position with a strong purpose to make a difference each day for our customers and their employees. Work with Account Executives and partners across the entire MetLife infrastructure through implementation and daily service delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Manage National Account clients end-to-end, from implementation through ongoing service delivery across multiple product lines (Disability & Leaves, Life Insurance, and Dental)
- Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality customer experience
- Oversee and coordinate account and project activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client expectations
- Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service and support for client needs
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and project management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and maintain composure in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated professional with at least one year of relevant experience and a passion for delivering best-in-class service to national account customers
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to group objectives and success
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs
