Our Client is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. This role provides strategic financial and operational leadership the organization. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO serves as a trusted strategic partner to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and departmental leadership – stewarding the organization’s long-term financial health and leading its Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Digital Collections and Information Systems functions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- Eight to ten (8-10) years of progressive experience in financial management required, with demonstrated leadership at the senior or executive level
- Experience managing HR, IT, or other operational functions in addition to finance preferred
- Experience with nonprofit consolidated audits and affiliated entity financial management preferred
