Our Clients seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead the organizational change efforts related to IT software deployments, ensuring stakeholder adoption, minimizing resistance, and embedding new processes across IT, procurement, and business units.
Core competencies include:
Change Leadership & Influence:
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business teams
- Building buy-in and overcoming resistance to new processes
- Coaching leaders and champions through transitions
Communication & Training:
- Translating technical SAM concepts into user-friendly language
- Developing training materials and delivery (workshops, documentation, videos)
- Facilitating meetings and presentations at all organizational levels
Project & Process Management:
- RACI matrix development and role clarification
- Creating adoption roadmaps and tracking milestones
- Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Requirements
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
