We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms across a growing organization. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology, designing workflows, automations, integrations, and system improvements that drive operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support enterprise work management and collaboration platforms
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, automations, and system integrations
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable system solutions
• Provide user support, training, and guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
• Support workflow configuration and process optimization across multiple business functions
• Manage SaaS user access, licensing, and governance processes
• Maintain documentation for workflows, automations, integrations, and system configurations
• Evaluate and support the adoption of new business applications and technologies
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on enhancements and platform updates
