Our Client  is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager .You will partner closely with enterprise customers to lead software implementations from discovery through deployment. You will facilitate business workshops, define solution requirements, design scalable business processes, and lead implementation projects that deliver measurable business value.

Your Impact:

Business Analysis & Solution Design:

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, operational challenges, and business requirements
• Analyze current-state business processes, design future-state solutions, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance
• Translate business requirements into high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process documentation
• Challenge existing business processes and recommend practical solutions that leverage the capabilities of the Platform
• Partner with Product and Engineering to validate requirements, refine solution designs, and ensure successful implementation
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution decisions balance customer objectives, platform capabilities, and project constraints

Implementation Leadership:

• Lead customer implementations from discovery through deployment, stabilization, and successful customer adoption
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects while balancing customer priorities, timelines, and resource constraints
• Develop implementation plans, manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain project momentum
• Communicate project progress, proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and go-live activities while maintaining a strong customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle
