To support a global Pricing & Rebates Transformation Program by ensuring the correct definition, analysis, and continuous evolution of pricing solutions. The role focuses on aligning business requirements with global pricing tools to drive commercial excellence, margin improvement, and customer experience in a highly international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and understand end‑to‑end pricing business processes within global solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate continuous improvements across multi‑country environments.
- Perform impact analysis for new requirements across existing solutions and live countries.
- Translate business needs into detailed User Stories and support release scoping.
- Maintain and update functional documentation aligned with solution evolution.
- Execute and support Unit Testing and UAT, communicating results to stakeholders.
- Deliver demos of solution enhancements and support onboarding of new team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Owner and technical teams to understand functional and architectural impacts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, acting as a bridge between business users and IT teams.
- Experience in pricing, rebates, or commercial excellence initiatives.
- Functional exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience working with REST / JSON APIs and SQL / PL‑SQL for analysis and validation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum frameworks and the product development lifecycle.
- Experience managing Unit Testing and UAT across multiple environments.
- Professional level of English (mandatory).
- Structured, analytical, proactive, and results‑oriented profile.
