Our Client is seeking an AV Technician .
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct A/V support for classrooms, academic spaces, and events
- Troubleshooting moderately complex A/V and classroom technology issues
- Supporting installations, setups, system status, and downtime procedures
- Training, scheduling, and managing staff and/or student employees
Requirements
- Associate’s degree plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
- Experience with A/V and classroom controller hardware/software
- Technical knowledge of video and web conferencing tools
- Experience with both Windows and Apple systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- InfoComm CTS certification
- Experience in higher education A/V or technology support
- Experience training others on technology use
