Our Client is seeking an Automation Solutions Lead to identify, evaluate, and drive automation initiatives within a regulated environment. This role will partner with operations, engineering, quality, and business stakeholders to develop automation strategies that improve productivity, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and support long-term operational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Automation, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience is preferred
- Experience evaluating and implementing automation technologies, robotics, material handling systems, inspection technologies, or related solutions
- Experience supporting automation programs, pilots, or operational technology projects
- Demonstrated ability to build business cases and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
