We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated C# .Net Automation Developers with 5+ years of experience.

• Test Automation Strategy & Best Practices Ability to assess when to use automation vs. manual testing based on risk, ROI, and test stability.
• API & Integration Testing Hands-on experience with standard industry tools such as Postman
• Risk-Based Testing Decisions Ability to determine which tests should be automated (high-volume, regression, API) vs. which should remain manual (usability, exploratory, edge cases).
• Test Maintenance & Scalability – Ensuring automation is sustainable by implementing best practices like self-healing tests, modular frameworks, and reusable test scripts.
• Shift-Left Testing – Embedding automation early in development
• Exploratory & Manual Testing Strategy – Understanding the value of manual testing in scenarios that require human intuition, such as UX, accessibility, and new feature validation
• Agile & Scrum Experience – Active participation in Agile ceremonies
• Excellence in soft skills including communication, collaboration and problem solving
• 4+ yrs QE testing experience with a demonstrable track record on large greenfield projects
