Requirements

Open Roles & Skill Requirements: Amazon Connect/ACGR Architect (Lead):

• Location: U.S. preferred (open to remote)
• Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
• Proven experience implementing Amazon Connect Global Resiliency (ACGR)
• Contact center architecture and multi-region design
• Ability to lead globally distributed (offshore) teams
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Prior financial services or enterprise banking experience
• Experience scaling contact center platforms across global regions

Java Developers – Amazon Connect Customization:

• Location: Offshore (India time zone)
• Strong Java development experience
• Amazon Connect integration and customization
• Experience working with contact center platforms
• Ability to support and enhance existing codebases written in multiple languages
• Notes: Additional technical depth in Java is needed due to customization requirements and legacy integrations

Amazon Connect Developers – Node.js:

• Location: Offshore (India time zone)
• Amazon Connect development experience
• Strong Node.js expertise
• API integrations and Lambda-based workflows
• Experience supporting custom contact center solutions

NCGS Resources:

• Quantity: TBD (included within offshore team)
• Experience with NCGS
• Contact center technology support and configuration
• Ability to collaborate with Amazon Connect engineering teams
