As an Alternative Payments Methods Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous optimization of our payment systems, driving efficiency, reliability, and smooth transaction processing across various payment methods.

Responsibilities

  • Drive retention and growth by supporting additional payment methods, regions, and partner solutions, while managing payment partner relationships to ensure smooth integrations and ongoing operations
  • Optimize payment performance by analyzing transaction data, identifying issues, and recommending system or process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and client experience
  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Support, Compliance, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless service delivery and stable payment operations
  • Monitor transactions for fraud or unusual activity, investigate flagged cases, and analyze payment system data to produce regular performance and failure reports
  • Research new APMs and providers, conduct competitor analysis, and stay up to date with payments, acquiring, and APM trends to recommend relevant solutions and improve deposit and withdrawal journeys
  • Ensure adherence to internal practices, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all payment operations
  • Test new payment systems post-integration to confirm functionality and compliance, provide training and support to internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation of all internal APM processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, CFD, iGaming, or gambling within payments
  • Strong data analysis skills and high computer literacy (Excel, BI tools)
  • Practical knowledge of payment systems, APMs, and payment flows
  • University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
  • Good understanding of relevant laws and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Logical, business-oriented mindset
  • Excellent command of English language
