Our Client is seeking an Accounting Manager .
Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of monthly financial reporting & month-end close using NetSuite software
- Provide supporting documentation to the CPA firm for tax filing compliance
- Supervise & mentor corporate accounting staff
- Handle complex and hi-volume intercompany transactions & reconciliations
- Oversee the payment & processing of AP
- Reconcile AR accounts and provide cash-flow reports to management on a daily/weekly basis
- Assist with module upgrades within NetSuite
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6+ years of accounting experience
- 3+ years of staff management experience.
- Public/Private Accounting experience is highly desired
- Multi-entity accounting experience
- NetSuite software
