Our Client Currently looking for Founding Growth Lead

Skills Required

• Proven experience in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, product marketing, GTM, RevOps, business operations, consulting, Chief of Staff, or as a founder
• Takes full ownership of outcomes and drives execution beyond recommendations
• Exceptional communication and ability to earn trust with customers and leadership
• Strong instincts for positioning, messaging, funnels, and customer experience
• Comfortable moving between quantitative analysis and qualitative judgment
• Willingness to execute operational details across ads, attribution, landing pages, CRM, and reporting
• Ability to identify repeated/inefficient work and convert into processes, workflows, or tools
• Existing use of AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar in real projects
• GTM experience at a B2B software company
• Experience running ads on Google or LinkedIn
