Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree, technical school, or related experience preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable documenting issues and writing reports
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical procedures, instructions, and documentation
• Strong communication skills
• Independent learner
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Strong troubleshooting and deductive reasoning abilities
• Able to analyze issues, gather information, and draw conclusions
• Logistics/transportation experience is a plus, not required
• Bilingual skills are a plus, not required
