We are seeking a highly strategic and crypto-native Social Media Manager to lead and scale the digital presence   across all major platforms. This is a high-impact role within an AI-first marketing organization, where you will own the brand voice, content strategy, and real-time engagement across a rapidly evolving Web3 landscape.

The ideal candidate combines creative instinct, data-driven execution, and deep understanding of crypto culture, with the ability to operate at speed while maintaining brand integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord
  • Own content planning, publishing cadence, and channel growth aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all platforms

Community & Engagement

  • Build and manage highly engaged communities across Telegram and Discord, driving meaningful interaction and retention
  • Engage in real-time conversations, responding to market trends, news cycles, and user sentiment
  • Foster strong relationships with the community, transforming followers into active advocates

AI-Driven Content Operations

  • Operate within an AI-powered content ecosystem, leveraging tools to accelerate content creation, optimization, and scaling
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing, platform-native content at speed
  • Continuously test and iterate content based on performance insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, performance marketing, partnerships, and community teams to execute integrated campaigns
  • Support product launches, announcements, and strategic initiatives through coordinated social efforts

Brand & Compliance

  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
  • Ensure all content aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Balance creativity with responsible communication in a regulated environment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in social media management, preferably within crypto, fintech, or high-growth digital environments
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and managing social accounts, campaigns, and engaged communities
  • Crypto Expertise: Deep understanding of crypto/Web3 culture, audience behavior, and content dynamics
  • Community Experience: Hands-on experience managing Telegram and Discord communities
  • AI Fluency: Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, scheduling, analytics, and optimization
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of compliance considerations in financial services and crypto communications
  • Adaptability: Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, real-time environment with shifting priorities
