As a Senior Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer , you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-powered features within our platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to build scalable and robust solutions that enhance employee communication and engagement. Your work will directly impact the experience of millions of employees worldwide, helping them stay informed, connected, and engaged in their workplaces.
Key Responsibilities :
– Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment, to enhance product offerings.
– Develop and maintain robust backend architectures and APIs to support machine learning models and applications, ensuring scalability and reliability for a large user base.
– Build and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve content understanding, generation, and personalization within the platform.
– Implement and manage VectorDB solutions for efficient storage and retrieval of embeddings, enabling semantic search and recommendation capabilities.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop technical specifications, and ensure seamless integration of machine learning components into the overall product architecture.
– Monitor and optimize the performance of machine learning models and systems in production, identifying and addressing issues to maintain high accuracy and efficiency.
– Contribute to the development of best practices for machine learning engineering, including code quality, testing, and deployment strategies, to ensure maintainability and scalability.
– Research and evaluate new machine learning techniques and technologies, identifying opportunities to improve the platform’s capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Skillset :
– Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack machine learning solutions using Python.
– Proven experience in building and maintaining backend architectures for machine learning applications.
– Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
– Hands-on experience with VectorDB technologies and their application in semantic search and recommendation systems.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
– 5 to 12 years of experience in a relevant role.
