As an AI Solutions Specialist , you will be at the forefront of translating business needs into tangible AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to analyze business processes, design optimal workflows, and develop innovative AI applications. Your work will directly contribute to improving efficiency, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

– Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client needs and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

– Design and document detailed solution architectures, including data flows, API integrations, and user interfaces, to ensure alignment with business requirements.

– Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.

– Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications, to guide the development process.

– Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

– Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools to validate solution performance and identify areas for improvement.

– Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting solution designs, progress updates, and key findings in a clear and concise manner.

– Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or roadblocks, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions.

Required Skillset :

– Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable AI solutions.

– Proven expertise in designing and documenting solution architectures, including data flows, API integrations, and user interfaces.

– Strong product management skills, including the ability to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage stakeholder expectations.

– Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis techniques.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineering teams.

– Solid understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
