- Internal Event Organization tailored to the needs of your office location in cooperation with the Global Event Management team.
- Future way of work concept by working on continuous improvement of our office space planning and being a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships and building social engagements.
- Close cooperation with Finance team on Travel Management tools and Expenses and preparatory invoicing.
- Local Office Support for visitor management, workshop preparation, onsite Facility services quality assurance.
- Purchase in close cooperation with our Procurement team.
- Employee Benefits ensure alignment and improvement and competitiveness of our Employee Benefits and take care of the administration together with our People Operations Team
- Support and advice the team on everyday tasks.

- Bring the Dynatrace Culture to your Community .
- Onboarding of new employees Team Onboarding presentation and an office tour – creating an outstanding first day experience for new team members
- Promote new global initiatives to the Community in cooperation with the Internal Communication Team and have a single source of truth Information Hub for all processes in place.
- Eagerness for process improvement in close cooperation with a dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team for team members and our local site leaders.
