Job Overview
We are seeking individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail to join our team in various technical roles, including Workshop Technicians, Timers, Estimators, and Watchmakers. Candidates from diverse precision-based backgrounds – such as watchmaking, jewelry, aerospace, medical device assembly, or other fine mechanical fields – are encouraged to apply. All applicants will be assessed through a bench test and placed at the appropriate level based on skill and experience. Full training is provided for high-potential hires, with a clear path for career growth. Key Responsibilities (may vary by role):
- Disassemble, assemble, lubricate, and adjust watch components
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in timepieces
- Support service operations in a state-of-the-art workshop
- Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain high standards of quality, precision, and documentation
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED required
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Experience in watchmaking, jewelry, micro-mechanics, or similar precision work
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Certification from an accredited watchmaking program (required for Watchmaker roles)
