Our Client Currently looking for Virtual Digital/ Relationship Manager

Requirements:
1) Minimum Graduation qualification is a must.
2) Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.
3) Voice calling experience is mandatory for VRM.
4) Fresher’s can be considered if they are interested to work in outbound sales process.
5) Any banking process/customer service profiles eligible.
6) Required basic knowledge on Insurance, CC, Loans…etc.,
7) Required good convincing skills, sales knowledge, adoptable to work at any situations.
8) Candidate need to do outcall and Explain about banking products like (Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans, FD’s, Investment Plans etc.,).
9) Need to reach the monthly targets.
10) Need to resolve customer Queries.
11) Maintain good communication skills in Humble Manner.
12) Good Convincing skills.
