Our client is seeking a highly skilled Unanet Implementation Consultant to support two large-scale Unanet implementations. This individual will serve as a key resource throughout the project lifecycle, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Project Management, and IT teams to ensure successful deployment, configuration, testing, and adoption of the Unanet platform.

Duties:

• Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of two concurrent Unanet implementation projects
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Configure and optimize Unanet modules based on organizational needs and best practices
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with finance, accounting, contracts, project management, and executive leadership teams
• Review current business processes and recommend improvements aligned with Unanet functionality
• Assist with data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Develop and execute testing strategies, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful integrations with payroll, HRIS, CRM, ERP, and other business systems
• Create project documentation, process maps, training materials, and standard operating procedures
• Provide end user training and post go live support
• Monitor implementation milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Partner with implementation vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are achieved
• Support change management efforts and drive user adoption across departments
