Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Trillium Support Engineer to join our client s onsite team in Erie, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality, data profiling, and Trillium software support, along with hands-on expertise in resolving application and performance issues in a production environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for Trillium applications in production and non-production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL/data quality issues using Trillium Director, Discovery, and Control Center.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to ensure data cleansing, matching, and profiling processes run efficiently.
- Perform installation, upgrades, and configuration of Trillium components.
- Monitor application performance and optimize data workflows for reliability and scalability.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support for production and UAT environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Trillium Software (Director, Discovery, Control Center).
- Strong understanding of Data Quality, Data Cleansing, and Data Governance concepts.
- Expertise in ETL tools and integration with Trillium environments.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite client-facing environment.
