Responsibilities

  • Provide remote troubleshooting for software, hardware and network related issues for external customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups solving more complex technical issues
  • Document problems in knowledge databases
  • Maintain a high level of success with the team’s Key Performance Indicators

 

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent phone manner.
  • Able to work in fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to make independent decisions based on interpretation of technology data and product knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS (Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022+)
  • Experience with Networking
  • Knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL Server or Oracle)

 

Desired

  • Knowledge of Medical Device software, particularly radiology related
  • Experience with clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (HL7 and DICOM)
  • VMware
  • Storage Solutions
  • Technical certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Security +, etc.)
