Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular technical assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in project management.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, risks, and progress.
- Mentor and develop junior technical staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile are highly desirable to validate project management expertise.
- Experience in the software development industry, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, along with familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
