Skills Required

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• At least 1 year in an engineering leadership role such as Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Head of Engineering, CTO, or equivalent
• Backend-leaning full-stack engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure and scaling
• Computer Science or STEM degree, or equivalent practical experience
• Genuine belief that agentic tools are the future of software development
• Experience in a compliance-heavy or regulated industry
