Our client currently looking for Talent Coordinator
About the Talent Coordinator Role:
-
Working remotely but part of a team based in Bali, Indonesia (so there will be some face to fac interaction with the Bali team).

Communicate daily with talent, parents, clients, and team via video meetings, email and phone.

Process new talent applications and conduct online interviews/auditions with the talent (of all ages, kids to adults based in Australia).

Calling and emailing to follow up with talent contracts and payments.

Onboard talent once they have signed with us, assisting them to book in for their photoshoot & onboarding session.

Manage general enquiries, customer service and day to day admin tasks.

When required, assist the team to package briefs and present talent for opportunities.

Stay up to date with industry changes and best practices, including staying in the know with the clients we work with and the type of work we get for our Talent.

Assist the team with other exciting projects as they arise!
Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication skills, comfortable working across email, phone, and video calls.

Adaptable to working with both kids and adults- you’re a real people person, loves a good chat and likes working with kids!

Ambitious, motivated by KPI targets, and a team player.

Organised, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.

Enthusiastic, positive, highly adaptable, and resilient.

Highly proactive, not afraid to present your thoughts and ideas and try new things!

Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, events, PR, or admin assistant roles.
