We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts and help attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers and HR teams to source candidates, manage recruitment activities, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Talent acquisition responsibilities commonly include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, onboarding support, and recruitment reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition to hire
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Support offer preparation, onboarding activities, and candidate transitions
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and recruiting procedures
• Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
