HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with Hiring Managers, team leads, and People Partners to design world-class product and hardware teams, as well as key roles across business functions.

Lead end-to-end recruiting: Own complex hiring processes globally, from crafting targeted outreach strategies to shaping structured interviews and securing top talent in competitive markets.

Leverage data: Use recruiting analytics to track funnel health, evaluate quality of hire, and guide both tactical and strategic decisions.

Innovate and improve: Introduce new tools, approaches, and AI solutions that make recruiting more efficient, scalable, and engaging for candidates and hiring teams.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

3+ years of talent acquisition experience, with exposure to product, hardware, or engineering-related roles in high-growth environments.

A strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle, with proven success in partnering with hiring teams to secure hard-to-find talent.

Comfort using data and insights to drive process improvements and influence stakeholders.

Experience aligning recruiting strategies with business priorities and team growth goals.

Curiosity and eagerness to explore new tools, automation, and employer branding initiatives to enhance recruiting impact.

Strong business English skills, German language is a plus.
