Our client currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Be a strategic partner: Collaborate with Hiring Managers, team leads, and People Partners to design world-class product and hardware teams, as well as key roles across business functions.

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting: Own complex hiring processes globally, from crafting targeted outreach strategies to shaping structured interviews and securing top talent in competitive markets.

  • Leverage data: Use recruiting analytics to track funnel health, evaluate quality of hire, and guide both tactical and strategic decisions.

  • Innovate and improve: Introduce new tools, approaches, and AI solutions that make recruiting more efficient, scalable, and engaging for candidates and hiring teams.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, with exposure to product, hardware, or engineering-related roles in high-growth environments.

  • A strong grasp of the full recruitment lifecycle, with proven success in partnering with hiring teams to secure hard-to-find talent. 

  • Comfort using data and insights to drive process improvements and influence stakeholders.

  • Experience aligning recruiting strategies with business priorities and team growth goals.

  • Curiosity and eagerness to explore new tools, automation, and employer branding initiatives to enhance recruiting impact.

  • Strong business English skills, German language is a plus.
