Our Client in need of a Systems Analyst .
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements to support Benefits technology initiatives and platform enhancements
- Translate complex business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and implementation documentation
- Partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product leadership, and vendors to define and implement technology solutions
- Lead planning and coordination activities, including scope definition, dependency management, risk identification, milestone tracking, and release readiness
- Support vendor implementations by coordinating eligibility file requirements, certificates, data validation, integration testing, and implementation activities
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional discussions to align priorities and delivery objectives
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend process and technology improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk
- Support system integrations, APIs, data exchanges, and vendor-hosted solutions to ensure reliable and compliant operations
- Monitor project progress, manage issues and dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and delivery teams
- Ensure solutions, documentation, data processes, and vendor integrations comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and records retention requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise technology platforms
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering, solution analysis, and delivery coordination for complex initiatives
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project delivery practices
- Experience working with Benefits, HR, Corporate Services, Compliance, Risk, or vendor management organizations
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms, third-party vendor solutions, and enterprise system integrations
- Ability to create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Knowledge of API integrations, cloud-based platforms, data flows, and system-to-system interfaces
- Understanding of data privacy, security, records retention, and regulatory requirements related to enterprise systems and data management
- Experience supporting vendor implementations, eligibility files, certificate management, data validation, and operational readiness activities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate dependencies, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
