Our Client is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator responsible for supporting and coordinating supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and information throughout the organization. This role works closely with procurement, inventory, logistics, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain inventory accuracy, monitor shipments, resolve supply issues, and help optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory planning and replenishment activities
• Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments regarding order status and shipment updates
• Maintain accurate supply chain records, reports, and documentation
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports related to inventory, purchasing, and logistics activities
• Assist in forecasting demand and identifying potential supply chain risks
• Investigate and resolve issues related to inventory shortages, damaged goods, shipping errors, and vendor performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Participate in cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Sales
