Job Overview
We’re seeking a Store Manager, committed to our Client’s values and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Work in a supportive team environment with a roster from Tuesday to Saturday, including late nights. On top of a generous salary, you also receive a $3000 product allowance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations, ensuring high service standards and sales performance.
- Drive a culture of sustainability, diversity, and excellence in customer service.
- Support the team in product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
- Passion for quality products and sustainability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Commitment to staying and contributing to the brand’s success. Exciting things are coming!
