Our client currently looking for Sr. Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, test, and document computer programs using programming techniques and system analysis.
• Evaluate user requests for new or modified programs (e.g., HR, financial, or research management systems).
• Develop technical specifications, feasibility assessments, and compatibility analysis with current systems.
• Perform front-end and back-end development using modern JEE and Angular-based technologies.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including technical designs, specifications, and process models.
• Participate in requirements analysis, high-level and detailed design, testing, and deployment of new components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Conduct system analysis, configuration, and performance tuning to identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide defect repair, maintenance, and production support for web-based Java applications.
• Develop RESTful web services and migrate SOAP-based services into RESTful frameworks.
• Support and test system applications for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning sessions.
• Assist with bridge design and methodology updates to align with structured development standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 8+ years of front-end/UI and web services development using Java, JEE, REST, SOAP, and Angular.
• 8+ years of experience implementing SPAs (Angular TypeScript) and responsive design.
• 8+ years in JEE Application Server development, authentication, and authorization.
• Strong experience in RESTful services with JWT, OAuth, and related security protocols.
• 8+ years developing client-facing apps using JSP, Struts, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, and SASS.
• Experience integrating web services into Angular or React SPAs.
• Hands-on experience with JBoss or IBM WebSphere (v8 or later).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years in mobile and tablet development environments.
