As a key member of the organization, you will play a critical role in optimizing data quality management processes, ensuring high data standards across projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and trusted data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

– Develop and implement data quality frameworks within the Snowflake environment.

– Design, build, and maintain data validation scripts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

– Optimize data pipelines to maintain data integrity and performance.

– Monitor and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to assess data reliability.

– Conduct data profiling and perform root cause analysis of data quality issues.

– Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective and preventive solutions.

– Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.

– Establish and track KPIs related to data quality and reliability.

– Provide expertise in data quality management best practices and Snowflake features.

– Stay updated with industry standards and emerging trends in data quality management.

Required Skills :

– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

– 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data governance, or data quality roles.

– Proficiency in Snowflake architecture and SQL for data manipulation and validation.

– Hands-on experience with the Snowflake data platform.

– Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and automated data validation tools.

– Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and quality standards.

– Proven experience implementing data validation, monitoring, and security control.
